Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design (digital and traditional), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think conceptually on behalf of our clients’ businesses. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of our projects, which include websites, brand identity work, landing pages, digital advertising, video, social media graphics, PowerPoint design and traditional collateral.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

•  Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality designs for various deliverables, including websites, brand identity work, digital landing pages, digital advertising, video, social media graphics, PowerPoint design and traditional collateral
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative design strategies that align with client goals and business objectives

Client Interaction:

• Present design concepts to clients, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions
• Revise materials based on client feedback, ensuring final deliverables meet or exceed expectations

Team Collaboration:

•  Work closely with copywriters, creative director, user experience strategists and other team members to create cohesive and compelling work

Quality Control:

• Demonstrate excellent production skills and ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and maintains the highest level of quality

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency or related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, PowerPoint and other relevant design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design solutions; an emphasis on interactive design experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
